When things don't go your way for once

Filing a complaint

Of course we at M2LAB will do our utmost to serve you to your full satisfaction. Still, it may happen that we do not succeed. In that case, you can file a complaint.

If you are an existing customer of M2LAB, you can easily do so via the button “Submit complaint” in the customer portal.

If you are not (yet) a customer, you can send an email to info@m2lab.nl with “Complaint” in the subject line.
Explain your complaint clearly in the mail and include your name and phone number. Then we can get in touch to discuss the complaint with you personally.

Treatment of your complaint

If you have filed a complaint, you can rest assured that we will take it very seriously:

  • You will receive written confirmation of receipt of your complaint no later than the next business day;
  • Someone who was not involved in what the complaint is about will handle the complaint;
  • We strive to give you a response to your complaint within one working week.
